Welcome to Emotle! Your goal is to deduce the hidden word or phrase represented by the emojis at the top of the screen. You have 5 attempts to get it right.

The Basic Rules

1. Analyze the emojis: They are your primary clues. They might represent an object, an action, a famous person, or a common idiom.

2. Type your guess: Each guess must be a valid word of the specified length.

3. Submit: Press the "Submit" button on the game keyboard to check your guess.

Decoding the Feedback

After each guess, the color of the tiles will change to indicate how close your guess was:

Blue: The letter is in the word and in the correct spot.

Pink: The letter is in the word but in the wrong spot.

Grey: The letter is not in the word at all.

Strategic Tips for Success

• Common Letters: Start with words containing common letters like R, S, T, L, and N, along with several vowels (A, E, I, O, U).
• Analyze the Emoji Set: Is there a theme? Emojis often work together. A 🏃 and a 🏁 probably mean "RACING" or "FAST".
• Multiple Meanings: Some emojis have literal and figurative meanings. A 🌊 could mean "WATER", "WAVE", or even "SURF".
• Eliminate Letters: Use your guesses to rule out letters as much as to find the correct ones. The keyboard colors help you keep track.

Practice Makes Perfect

Don't worry if you don't get it at first! You can use Practice Mode to play as many random puzzles as you like. It's a great way to learn common emoji associations used in the daily game.
